About the event
Due to the potential for bad winter weather this Sunday, our monthly Tzedakah Collection Drive has moved to Sunday, January 23 from 1-3:00 PM at Temple Emanuel's Jefferson Road Campus.
Temple Emanuel teams up with B'nai Shalom Day School to collect food items for Backpack Beginnings in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!
If you cannot make it to the collection drive on January 23, you can bring your food goods to B'nai Shalom and Temple Emanuel during business hours through Friday, January 21.
Food Donation Needs Include:
Mac 'n Cheese · Cans of Beans (any kind) · 1lb Bags of Rice · Spaghetti Sauce · Spaghetti Noodles · Canned Vegetables · Canned Fruits · Canned Tuna · Individual Nut-Free Oatmeal · Individual Packets of Nut-Free Snacks (Goldfish, Pretzels, Crackers, Popcorn)
